Chapter 1: Agreement

(8) Interference with the operation of this service, or acts that may damage the credibility of this service.
(9) Actions that are recognized as falsification, destruction, or unauthorized reading of information used for the service.
(10) Actions that place an excessive load on the service’s network or system.
(11) Actions that may interfere with the operation of the service.
(12) Actions that transmit or write harmful computer programs, etc.
(13) Modifying, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or otherwise analyzing the source code of the service.
(14) Identifying oneself as a person other than oneself, identifying oneself as a company or organization without the right of representation or agency, misrepresenting one’s identity, falsely representing one’s affiliation or cooperation with another person or organization.

Our website may halt services long-term for users who violate the previous section of this article.
Our website may charge users compensation for damage caused under section 13.

1. Although this site conducts a screening of the stores listed on this service in accordance with our regulations based on various laws and ordinances and the guidance of the Prefectural Public Safety Commission before posting advertisements, we do not guarantee the legality entirely. Users shall use the service on their own initiative and shall bear full responsibility for the extent to which they use the service.
2. This site shall not be obligated to conduct detailed investigations beyond the provisions of the preceding section with regard to the business conditions, etc. of the stores listed on this service.

Chapter 7: Advertisement Information

・ The advertising information posted on this service is entered by the stores themselves, and this site is not involved in any way. Therefore, we do not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, legality, safety, and up-to-dateness of the information. In addition, we are under no obligation to be involved in any problems that may arise from the advertised information.
・ The Site shall not be obligated to conduct detailed research on the advertising information of the stores listed on the service.
・ This site shall conduct an investigation in accordance with this site’s regulations only when it is deemed necessary due to information provided by the user. However, even if the investigation reveals discrepancies in the advertised information and the user incurs damages, this site shall not be held liable based on the first section.

Chapter 8: Disclaimer

Chapter 11: Confidentiality

Chapter 12: Service Changes, Suspension, or Termination

Chapter 16: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the Service are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes between the company and a user will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court in the first instance.
